just now while waiting for my medical appointment, i run through all the lines i had came up so much and put them all into a poem. here it is, no need to wait untill night time. lol.


~Right Here Waiting~

Since the day you turned and smiled at me,
I knew deep in my heart what I wanted to be.
To be a knight with a burning soul,
and protect you from all harm is an oath that I swore.
To be your wings that frees you from all chains,
and be with you no matter how the world may have changed.

So please nod your head while on the platform's edge,
and say that you wish to be with me through all age.

Decades has flown and our youth may have passed,
but in my heart you are still as beautiful as you were in the past.
To see you in white and hear you say the word "YES",
it is an answer I will wait for till my hair turns to ash.
So please be happy and show me a true smile,
and let me know that all my waiting is worthwhile.
