UOC PAGEANT 2009!!!

my life take a different turn on the second day of my union camp when they selected me through voting and discussin by the senior to go for the UOC pageant. i was like WOW? u SERIOUS? cause i have never try before so really something different but still i accepted this task and soon my life on stage begin...LOL! i write until like so dramatic when it is not, i should be a story wrtier man! LOL!


so so, we begin our triaining like 3 days after our union camp ended on sat.... it was a rush cause the event was only baout one month away. school have not started yet but we were already triaining like mad dogs... training from 6pm to about 10pm daily is seriously abit crazy... especially for poeple like me without hall... and i stay in hougang for ur info... so everyday i only reach at about  12am? slept at 1am plus then wake up at 7am? sianz... lack of sleep for one month...

woah woah woah..... for the first time in my life too, i actaully have to wear makeup and stuff like those. LOL! it was a pretty impressive experience. really! we went to MAKEOVER INC which is at meridien. right in the middle of orchard and plaza sing! LOL! i dun even know such a place exsist there untill now! LOL!

everyone changed into their slumber wear then glam wear then the camera start shooting away! LOL! my hair is like really wild that day! but i like it! LOL! of course, whenever we were free while other are taking their photoshoot, we were snapping away at some corner since i brought my camera there!!! LOL! i mean u dun really get a change for everyone to dress up so nicely together right??? LOL!

photo shoot lasted about till 4pm but the photo selection only ended at about 5pm to 6pm so while waiting, i went around cam whoring again but this time round everyone is tired le..... so not much...sianz... oh and we went to ajisen at plaza sing to eat dinner! 








well well... as part of the pageant package, we also get to have our teeth checked for free~~~ LOL! so one fine morning which i forgot when le, louisa, me and kelly went over to clarke quay at 1oam to have our teeth examined!!!

seriously, the place really dun look like a dental lor! it is so clean and bright, more like a apartment can??? and the staff is so frenly that we were kind of taken back at first. LOL! but soon we get use to it le! LOL!

so use to it till we start to cam whore agian and agian and again!!! LOL!!












so so so.... jenalyn soon joined us for lunch after we 3 are done with our dental! hahaha!!! cause her appt is at 3pm i think while ours is in the morning! LOL! then went to waraku pasta for lunchy!!! LOL!! oh, after our lunchy, lousia went off to meet her father to pick up something so only left with jenalyn me and kelly! so as usual, cam whore is part of our lunch too! LOL!! weee~~~~ SPAM PHOTO TIME!

of course during our journey towards our big night, how can we missed out on having fun outside whenever we can? right?? LOL!! we have K session, Bday celebration and also random dinner outing! LOL! oh man, i missed those day.....zzzz







hahah! this is really a random event! why? just one fine night during our training, i asked julie, hey? let all wear geek spec one day ok??? so she answered enthuly YES!!!! ahaha! so word and news spreaded within the pageant grp and so one fin wednesday, most of us went to school with black geek spec! this is so cool ok!!! LOL!

so well, how can we not cam whore then??? LOL!!







!!!ATTICA~22/08/2009!!!

so time really flies and soon one month is over le and our big night is here...LOL! it was held at attica which is at clarke quay. btw, it is a club...

personally i hate that place. why? it is small and smelly.... and dark also....lol..

and... soon we have our make up and hair do. i dun really like thier style or make up cause it is really veyr wild and i dun think it suit me. although many may say it look good on stage but i dun think so...LOL! i practically try out every make up avalible to mankind thta night! eye liner, eye shadows, u name it u got it!

and... i think our face are all abit too white.... but i guess cnat really blame them too cause the lighting really sux there so they cant really see how much they have apply le. our hair...ermm... not bad, kind of like it but it will be better if it is more spiky and more volume too.LOL!

okok... so in the end i won MR ATTITUDE! LOL! i guess i am the only one that refuse to smile throughout the whole show! LOL!

well, i must admit, this journey is really something new... i have never been given the limelight for so much! but i kind of enjoy it! most likely this is my first and also last pageant in my life ba? LOL!

it was great knowing and working with all my FRENS!!! u people have been a great source of care and concerns whenever i need some motivation to pull me through some training day as it can be quite tiring sometime! LOL!
