well well. the time taken to run the same distance decreases everyday. that was something good as it means i had improved. YAHOO!!!

last night while lying on my bed, i suddenly had an rough idea of another poem, a long one this time. so maybe later at night you may be able to see another one of my "masterpiece". as for now, i should just go to my medical appointment first. Hmph!
