ha...i was never good in socializing in the first place so i spend my whole day in house in the end. lol.

and my wrist...it hurt, it really hurt now... damn, should not have done those pt yesterday morning...shit! seem to me like my wrist need more than just rest to recover... is this my limit? to be restrain by a small wrist injuries? NO! i shall stay low for the moment and rest but i will be back.

went to kovan with my family to eat dinner. we have fish head steamboat. has been a long time since we last eaten together.
